Learning Support Collaborator

We are recruiting for a dedicated Educational Assistant to join our close-knit and dynamic school community located near Wandsworth Common. This unique opportunity allows you to support young learners in a small, independent school with a clear vision for academic and personal growth.
As an Educational Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small group basis. You will work collaboratively with class teachers to implement learning strategies and ensure students reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to tailor support where needed. You will also help create an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment that fosters self-confidence and resilience.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, paid weekly on a PAYE basis. The position is a full-time, term-time only role with a long-term contract.
