Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope using Agile methodologies.
- Develop and manage Agile project plans, including iterative development cycles, product backlogs, and sprint planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks, taking an Agile approach to risk management.
- Coordinate and manage Agile project activities, ensuring adherence to iterative development cycles and sprint timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional Agile teams.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise during Agile iterations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular Agile updates.
- Drive Agile change management strategies for smooth adoption.
- Maintain Agile project documentation and generate regular Agile status reports.
- Strong experience in project management, particularly in leading technical delivery projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in quantifying project goals, objectives, and scope and aligning them with DevSecOps, SRE, and Agile principles.
