Roofing and Cladding Estimation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Roofing and Cladding Estimation Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Maguire.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to utilise their expertise in estimating roofing and cladding systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for clients, working closely with our sales team to secure new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various roofing and cladding systems, including flat roofing, green roofs, and composite roofing solutions. They should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- To prepare detailed estimates for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- To work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure these;
- To maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support;
- To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the company's services and reputation;
- To collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- A strong background in estimating and/or project management within the roofing and cladding sector;
- Proven experience in preparing accurate and detailed estimates, with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines;
- A basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
