We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial inclusion strategy. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of financial leadership, with experience of leading the implementation of service improvement and complex change management programmes. They will also have a deep understanding of the NHS and its financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to senior managers and teams
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Accountant (CCAB or other equivalent)
  • Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
  • Substantive experience in a large and complex organisation
  • Extensive experience at a strategic level
  • Achieved results in a difficult financial climate in an organisation with limited opportunities to increase profit/income
