Tax Director

Pro-Tax is seeking a skilled Employment Tax professional to join our team in Reading as an Employment Tax Manager or Senior Manager.
This dynamic role involves providing expert advice to a diverse portfolio of clients while leading a talented team, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of tax professionals in providing employment tax advice to clients
- Develop and implement tax strategies to drive business growth and improve client service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tax services
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Strong experience in employment tax
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven leadership ability (Manager/Senior Manager level)
- CTA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
