Supply Teacher Opportunity

Strategy Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Supply Teacher to support students in their learning. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, providing cover for teachers and promoting a positive learning environment.

About the Role
  • Supervise students during lessons, ensuring they stay on task and behave appropriately
  • Manage classroom behavior, using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques as needed
  • Respond to student questions and provide support as required
  • Assist students with activities and tasks, promoting engagement and participation
  • Collect and return completed work to teachers, maintaining accurate records
  • Report back to teachers and school administrators as necessary, using agreed referral procedures
Requirements
  • Passion for educating children and promoting their learning
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a variety of school environments
  • Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to manage behavior and promote positive relationships
