Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience directly assisting fee earners or solicitors within a Conveyancing department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for typing dictation, using database software, performing ID checks, filing and scanning documents, greeting visitors, and providing updates to clients. You will also assist fee earners/solicitors with their workload, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Type and prepare conveyancing documents and correspondence
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Assist fee earners/solicitors with their workload
  • Greet visitors and provide updates to clients
  • Perform ID checks and other related tasks as required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience directly assisting fee earners or solicitors within a Conveyancing department
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with database software and other relevant tools

Salary and Benefits
