Academic Support Professional Wanted for Primary School Setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Support Professional to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. The successful candidate will work in a primary school setting and provide support to teachers, helping to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 1 and 2 classrooms.
### Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teachers in the delivery of the curriculum to enhance student learning outcomes
* Leading small group interventions to cater to diverse student needs
* Providing one-to-one support for pupils to promote academic growth and confidence
* Covering classes in the absence of the teacher to ensure continuity of education
* Encouraging and supporting pupils in their learning to foster a love for education
### Requirements
* A Level 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification to ensure a strong foundation in academic support
* Experience working in primary school settings to understand the unique challenges and opportunities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers and students
* A positive and proactive attitude to drive student success and meet the demands of the role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
* A passion for education and helping children to reach their potential to make a meaningful impact
* Hold a valid DBS or be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks to ensure a safe and secure environment
* Provide a CV with employment/education history included, with employment breaks explained to showcase a clear career trajectory
* Have the legal right to work in the UK to comply with employment regulations
