About the Role:

SJC Partners is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their high-performing property department in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable law firm that offers a great work-life balance, a friendly working culture, and a lower volume caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sale, Purchase, Remortgage, and New Builds files from inception to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Delegate work to the assistant and/or support staff.
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard.
  • Be the go-to for any technical questions within the team.
  • Deal with and raise enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 plus years fee-earning experience in conveyancing.
  • Have experience handling a varied caseload from opening of the file to completion.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a team of paralegals/junior fee earners.
  • Have the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
