About the Role:

As an ICT Teacher at Longdon Hall School, you will play a vital part in empowering vulnerable young people to build incredible futures. You will take responsibility for the learning of students, motivating and inspiring them to develop the skills they need for an incredible future. Our team works together to ensure successful outcomes for students who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a vision and targets for student success
• Monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and encourage students to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their work and study
• Use your knowledge and expertise to create engaging lessons that promote learning and raise levels of attainment
• Manage challenging behaviour effectively
