Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst bist Du zuständig für die Steuerung aller Aktivitäten zur Erreichung der Umsatz- und Margenziele in Deinem Verkaufsgebiet: Mittel- und Unterfranken (PLZ 63, 90, 91, 96, 97). Darüber hinaus bist Du für den Ausbau und für die Qualifizierung des Kundenstamms verantwortlich und enger Abstimmung mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Customer Service. Ziel ist der Aufbau einer langfristigen Partnerschaft mit dem Kunden durch Sicherstellung der größtmöglichen Kundenzufriedenheit und Profitabilität. Du baust und pflegst die Kundenziehung durch regelmäßige Kundenbesuche im Verkaufsgebiet.

- Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden sowie Neukundenakquise
- Erstellung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen und profitablen Wachstumsstrategie für Dein Verkaufsgebiet
- Zielorientierte Marktbearbeitung und Marktanalyse
- Auswerten und Bearbeiten von Verkaufsstatistiken
- Mitarbeit an Marketingveranstaltungen
Wer bist Du?
- Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss bzw. vergleichbare technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Branchen-, Produkt- und Marktkenntnisse aufgrund von mehrjähriger praktischer Erfahrung idealerweise in einer Außendienstfunktion
- Du weißt, worauf es beim Kundenbeziehungsmanagement ankommt
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit aus und hast eine lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du bist fit in MS-Office und CRM-Systemen und kannst Dich idealerweise sicher auf Englisch verständigen
- Du hast eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deines Gebiets
