Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the handling of property insurance claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Lead a high-performing team dealing with complex claims, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with operational teams to achieve overall business unit goals, including client satisfaction and claims processing efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes to improve service delivery and reduce claims processing time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and adjusters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property claims handling, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
