Job Description: New permanent position for an experienced CNC Workshop Manager in a South Leicestershire-based company.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Managing a busy CNC Machine shop with a solid knowledge of Machining, tooling and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a busy production environment
  • Working closely with the design team
  • Optimising production and implementing lean practices

About the Company: Our client is a leading company in the industry with a comprehensive machine shop including 5 axis (simultaneous) and 4 axis vertical machine centres, CNC Lathes with live tooling and a range of conventional metal cutting & grinding machinery.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a CNC Machine shop and a solid knowledge of Machining, tooling and maintenance.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum and a day shift only schedule.
