Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Maidenhead office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on recognition and aspires to excel in everything they do.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area
- Maximising revenues and growing the property register
- Developing exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Maximising branch profit and achieving all financial targets
- Managing performance of employees through regular 1:1's and reviews
- Influencing results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of plans
- Demonstrating previous Estate Agency and customer services experience
- Being target-driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements
- Effectively managing a team
- Being motivated and enthusiastic
- Displaying high standards of service and presentation
- Exhibiting good organisational skills
- Demonstrating ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Holding a full driving license, having your own car, and being insured for Business Use
