Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team at Eligo Recruitment. As a team player, you will work closely with colleagues within the Projects team, providing essential administrative support, including the production of quality documentation with accuracy. Confidence in proactive communication within the team and with wider business colleagues is crucial. Your primary focus will be to support Project Managers under the direction of the Projects Team Leader.
Duties of a Project Administrator:- Provide general administrative support to Project Managers and the Department Head throughout the works life cycle.
- Organise and collate 'Job Packs' for engineers.
- Arrange appointments with clients and residents, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage job completion with accurate billing and O&M Manuals.
- Update progress of individual installation projects on Excel tracking documents.
- £26k salary, plus hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
