Company Overview: We're owned by the world's largest bedding provider, Tempur Sealy, and have our very own Bed Factory right here in the UK. You'll even get a guided tour when you join as part of our mission to get you fully bed-ucated during your induction.

We sell 14,000 mattresses, bases, and headboards every single week across 208 stores nationwide, 6 central warehouses, and 12 delivery centres.

Job Description: We're looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our People team based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This role will involve supporting our recruitment process and working closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of new employees into our company culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
