Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumbing educator to join our Apprenticeship Plumbing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to learners, ensuring their timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard. You will work closely with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, monitoring their progress and providing feedback along the way.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and support to learners.
  • Liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.

Requirements
  • Possession of relevant plumbing qualifications and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £30,539-£31,458 per annum.
  • Market premium of £3000 pro-rata per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year.
  • Permanent contract.
