Lifesaver Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a Lifesaver Trainer to join our team at Sja's West. As a Lifesaver Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and development opportunities to our youth members. This will involve designing and delivering training programmes, as well as supporting our youth members in their personal and professional development.

• Work closely with our Unit Managers to ensure that our youth members receive the best possible support and guidance\

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about teaching and mentoring others, then this could be the perfect role for you.
