We are seeking an experienced Design Compliance Expert to join our team and lead on Building Regulation compliance for various projects.

About the Job

This Principal Designer/Building Regulations Specialist role involves ensuring compliance with building regulations and providing design expertise to ensure projects meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of excellence in design and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead on Building Regulation compliance for various projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design meets regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a related field or as a chartered surveyor.
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is 60,000-70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
