Marketing and E-commerce Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty through e-commerce.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify risks via data analysis and outreach while monitoring customer accounts
* Maintain customer records and develop customer retention and acquisition strategies using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Provide reports using data analysis and work on content campaigns, email campaigns, and loyalty programs
* Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate risks

**Requirements**

* Comfortable using CRM systems, with experience in Bloomreach a plus
* Experience in retention or account e-commerce management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great interpersonal skills
