We are seeking a seasoned Civils Estimation Expert to join our team at CV Library in Golborne, UK. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in estimating and pricing projects, ensuring that they meet the required standards and timelines.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in civils estimation, proficiency in NEC contracts, and exceptional analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project requirements and develop detailed estimates
  • Analyse design drawings and specifications to determine project costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project costing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in civils estimation
  2. Strong understanding of NEC contracts and their application
  3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
