The Opportunity: Field Service Forklift Engineer

Contract: Permanent

Location: Kilmarnock

Salary: Up to £36,000 + Overtime

The Impact you will have:

  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of work required, ensuring safe working practices are adhered to.
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to provide clarity on expected work, timescales, and costs.
  • Identify root causes of equipment breakdowns and source parts in the most cost-effective way, leveraging resources such as the Briggs Technical team when necessary.
  • Ensure all work meets engineering standards and relevant specifications.
  • Perform regular inspections and checks on your work to guarantee equipment safety and performance before returning it to customers.
