In this role, you will:

  • Drive the success of varied and interesting customer requests relating to our catastrophe models and products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming requests, communicating directly with our customers.
  • Closely partner with experienced colleagues to deepen your technical understanding and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Ensure customers receive accurate, complete, and fit-for-purpose information.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with a wide variety of customers and colleagues across the globe.
  • Use your experience to improve our suite of self-serve materials online.

  • Resolving more complex client requests, which may involve working directly with Subject Matter Experts in other teams, handling more sensitive client communications, and leading training sessions with minimal preparation.

Required qualifications include:

  • A BS or MS degree in any of the following disciplines or related fields: Mathematics, engineering, physics, statistics, economics, Earth or climate sciences, risk management, or insurance.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel internationally (infrequently, as needed).
