In this role, you will:

  • Drive the success of varied and interesting customer requests relating to our catastrophe models and products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming requests, communicating directly with our customers.
  • Closely partner with experienced colleagues to deepen your technical understanding and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Ensure customers receive accurate, complete, and fit-for-purpose information.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of our catastrophe models and products.
  • Work closely with a wide variety of customers and colleagues across the globe.
  • Use your experience to improve our suite of self-serve materials online.

As you develop skills within the role and progress in your career, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Resolving more complex client requests, which may involve working directly with Subject Matter Experts in other teams, handling more sensitive client communications, and leading training sessions with minimal preparation.
  • Guiding junior team members in their role and development, driving the success of work that involves multiple contributors, and training and developing new talent.

Required qualifications include:

  • A BS or MS degree in any of the following disciplines or related fields: Mathematics, engineering, physics, statistics, economics, Earth or climate sciences, risk management, or insurance.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel internationally (infrequently, as needed).
