We're seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer, Graduate to join our team in Derby, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 132kV electricity network.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee organisation and financial monitoring of individual tasks
- Implement measures to minimise risk to the distribution network
- Identify training requirements and provide training in civil activities
- Drive performance improvement through effective recommendations and implementation

Requirements
- A minimum 2:2 degree in an eligible field, such as Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Sciences, or Data Sciences
- A full valid UK driving license enabling travel to site locations
- Ability to work flexibly and travel throughout your rotations

Benefits and Location
This role offers an estimated annual salary of £42,800, plus a £7,300 bonus upon completion of the programme. Based in Derby, you'll enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements and have access to a range of benefits, including a generous holiday package and pension scheme.
