We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Operations Manager to join our Dine Contract Catering team in Leeds. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guiding your team to achieve outstanding results.

About the Role

As an Executive Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual terms are met, communicating regularly with clients, and implementing company promotions effectively. You will also be responsible for analysing and managing unit costs, monitoring and managing gross profit, and ensuring that all food wastage is recorded and minimised.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications, managing the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all contractual terms are understood and delivered
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Implement company promotions effectively
  • Analyse and manage unit costs to maximise profitability
  • Monitor and manage gross profit to ensure business growth
  • Record and minimise food wastage to reduce costs
  • Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications
  • Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need previous culinary experience and previous management experience in a similar role, including client management. You will also need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
