Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Greenwich. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and social growth.
- Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs.
- Work closely with students in a 1:1 setting, helping them overcome challenges and achieve personal goals.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to the teacher and collaborating on strategies for improvement.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in SEN education and teaching methodologies.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to a supportive and inclusive school community.

Requirements:
