Private Client Legal Secretary Job Opportunity

We are delighted to be working with a reputable law firm in Teddington, who have been established for over 40 years and have an excellent reputation. They are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer relations and being the first point of contact for clients
  • Performing clerical and administrative duties
  • Assisting fee earners
  • Communicating via email and telephone
  • Managing partners' diaries
  • Working within the Private Client team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within legal support
  • Preferably with experience within Private Client, however experience within another legal discipline will be considered
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent typing and note-taking ability
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Experience using IT packages
  • Team player
