Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care and support to young people with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest level of care and support is being provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in pediatric nursing, with a focus on complex care.
- Recent experience in tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and peg-J and dual port gastro-jejunostomy care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
