We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our residential conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of clients and completing residential conveyancing cases.

Main Duties:
  • Dealing with residential conveyancing cases from start to finish
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
  • Managing paperwork, documentation, and deadlines for each case
  • Preparing and submitting post-completion work, including SDLT returns and Land Registry documents

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and protocols. A salary of around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum is expected for this role, based on industry standards.
