Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician at Hilton Hotels, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment and facilities
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures
  • Assist in the implementation of energy conservation programs and recommend improvements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in a specialized field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, carpentry, or plumbing) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
