Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of high and low-level network designs for complex IP networks.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and use this to inform your solutions.
  • Work with support teams to enable management and the ongoing support of deployed solutions.
  • Provide third-line support to deployed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong IP networking skills for Cisco.
  • Experience in designing, building, and providing third-line support for complex IP networks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Desire to continually update, enhance, and validate own skills.
