Chef and Nutrition Coordinator for Residents

Shaw healthcare is looking for a dedicated Chef and Nutrition Coordinator to join our team at Sycamore Lodge. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional wellbeing of our residents.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing menus that cater to the diverse dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Working closely with the care team to identify and meet individual nutritional requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of menu planning, inventory management, and catering supplies.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy working environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborating with the care team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality food services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced chef to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Estimated salary: £15.70-£20.00 per hour based on location and experience.
