Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-priority projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results.


About the Role:


This senior leadership position is ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in project management and taxation. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Ensure timely delivery of results, meeting stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a taxation or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-priority projects and teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello

Compensation and Benefits:


The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
