Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 14,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run 4 weekly, weekly, and monthly payrolls
  • Perform statutory calculations, including NI, SSP, SMP, and tax
  • Handle payroll queries and payment requests
  • Produce payroll reports
  • Liaise with staff and line managers
  • Run BACs reports
  • Input annual leave
  • Manage the on and off boarding of starters and leavers
  • Manage tax filings and HMRC pay queries
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll, with training provided where necessary
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to our head office near Lenton
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £26,800 - £28,600 (dependent upon experience)
  • 2 days per week home working if desired
