Key Responsibilities- SCO System Management: Oversee the operation of the SCO system to ensure planned work is executed flawlessly, minimizing disruptions and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Shutdown Coordination: Lead and manage the entire process of planned outages and shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with safety standards.
- Method Statement Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of method statements to ensure all work is carried out according to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the water utility, providing regular updates, building confidence, and ensuring that the client's needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with safety regulations, giving the client confidence in our ability to manage complex shutdowns under scrutiny.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with the shutdown process.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations to the client and senior leadership team, providing regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Operational Experience: Proven experience in managing planned outages, shutdowns, and site operations.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- High-Pressure Situations: Experience in dealing with high-pressure situations and maintaining client confidence.
- Presentation Skills: Competence in preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the water industry is a plus, but not required.
