As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for developing moulds and manufacturing samples for clients, following client specifications, and operating machines after training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop moulds and manufacture samples for clients
* Follow client specifications
* Basic use of hand and power tools
* Machine operating following training on site
* Obtain sample approval from designers
* Store patterns and plugs in appropriate location
* Prepare samples for shipment ensuring they are appropriately packaged
* Log and maintain retained samples for internal use
* Ensure work area in sample room and pattern prep area is kept clean and tidy

Requirements:

* Direct Production or Manufacturing experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic use of hand and power tools
* Ability to follow client specifications

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £22-£23k
* Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm working hours
* Immediate start for the right candidate
