Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property surveys, diagnosing defects, and managing investment works. You will also provide expert advice on structural alterations, party wall matters, and property-related disputes.

You will work closely with our Surveying Services Manager to ensure that all property challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on conducting site visits, inspecting properties, and identifying potential issues. You will then work with internal teams to resolve these issues and ensure that all properties meet our high standards.

This role requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. If you are a skilled Building Surveyor looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply. Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
