Role Overview

Harnham is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigative analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on data insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience in using data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
