At Tapestry, we're looking for a talented Key Holder to join our team at Kate Spade New York in Leeds. As a Key Holder, you'll play a key role in driving sales, productivity, and service excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet personal sales and productivity goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories
- Represent Kate Spade to the consumer and act as an ambassador of the brand
Requirements:
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred
- Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Works well in a team environment
