Culinary Team Member

Sodexo is a leading food service provider that values teamwork, dedication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at St Benedicts School in Alcester.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing delicious meals for the school team and pupils while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and exceeding customer expectations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a keen sense of teamwork. Full UK driving licence required for this position as regular travel to different sites will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present meals to high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and serving areas
- Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Ensure all equipment is used correctly and safely
We offer a competitive salary of £18.90 per hour, paid over 52 weeks with equated pay (spread-over pay) provided. This means you will receive equal monthly payments throughout the year.
