Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Education Specialist to join our team. As an EYFS expert, you will be responsible for delivering a dynamic and creative curriculum that meets the needs of each child, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive EYFS curriculum that aligns with the school's educational goals and objectives.
- Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in their child's education.
- Contribute to the development of the school's educational policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the latest research and best practices in early years education.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an EYFS teaching role, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom, and a willingness to work with children from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
