- Explore value engineering alternatives.
- Evaluate tenders and provide recommendations.
- Draft contract documents, including bonds and warranties as necessary.
- Conduct valuations of completed works.
- Assess variations in work.
- Prepare financial statements.

Qualifications and Skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree that meets RICS requirements (exempting or non-exempting).
- Chartered status or actively pursuing chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Prince 2 or APM certification (desirable).
