About the Role

The Individual Giving Team plays a crucial role in achieving Amnesty International UK's goal of delivering human rights impact by raising funds from supporters. As a Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing direct marketing campaigns to engage new financial supporters across various products, including Lead Generation and Payroll Giving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns to acquire new supporters
  • Work with external agencies and internal departments to ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve fundraising targets and goals
  • Manage and analyze data to monitor and forecast performance
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong fundraising copywriting skills and digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience working with fundraising agencies, including telemarketing agencies
  • Project management skills and ability to deliver multiple projects on time
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret statistical information to monitor and forecast performance
