Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and load all new projects onto the company's CRM system
- Coordinate and manage all new projects from start to finish, assigning updates and processing tasks
- Raise orders and purchase orders, and prepare packing lists
- Update shipping status and ensure timely delivery
- Update packing lists, delivery notes, and warranty agreements
- Handle service enquiries and respond to customer inquiries
- Produce risk assessments and method statements as required
- Produce ad-hoc and repair quotations, and liaise with suppliers for parts
- Raise purchase orders and book services to meet client needs and expectations
- Manage all service telephones and emails, and ensure efficient customer communication
- Produce reports as required by clients and ensure all KPIs are met
Requirements:
