About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Control Trainee. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for capturing and processing purchase invoices, processing travel and other expense claims, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and process purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process travel and other expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • A self-starter with high standards, perseverance, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to learn key business processes, including technical and financial terms.
  • Proactive, organized, and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage proactively with colleagues.
