Academic Mentor Assistant

Ribbons and Reeves is seeking a highly skilled Academic Mentor Assistant to join our team. As an Academic Mentor Assistant, you will provide academic support to young people, working closely with teachers to ensure students receive the best possible education.
The ideal candidate will have a First-Class Degree in a related subject from a Top 20 UK University, prior experience providing academic support to young people, and sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices.
This is a competitive opportunity with a salary of £500-£550 per week (paid weekly via PAYE), Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. The role starts immediately until July 2025, with opportunities to continue beyond.
