Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Set up team briefs, communicate store actions and targets, and drive actions to achieve priorities.
  • Customer Focus: Work with the management team to improve a customer-focused culture in store and within the team, drive conversion, footfall, and service KPIs.
  • Operations: Create a safe and secure working environment, support the management team in ensuring Health and Safety training is completed, and drive delivery process and productivity.
  • Visual & Commercial: Support the implementation and maintenance of exceptional company layouts, sale launches, and visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
  • People: Support with recruiting the best team, develop and coach Sales Advisors, and encourage a culture of recognition and diversity.
  • Cost & Budgeting: Be aware of store performance and controllable costs, and check daily deployments to ensure staffing levels are sufficient.
Behavioural Competencies:
  • Accountability: Hold self and others accountable for the running of the store in management absence.
  • Drives Engagement: Work with the Management Team to drive a culture where people are motivated to do their best.
  • Effective Communication: Adapt communication content and style to the needs of others.
  • Planning & Prioritising: Plan and prioritize work to meet required store goals and priorities.
