Farncombe Estate is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dining Service Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate, rising to £12.20 after one year
