About the Role

We are seeking a talented M&A Transactions Specialist to join our team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with a passion for M&A and technology to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage specific workstreams within end-to-end M&A transactions, ensuring successful delivery from deal origination to final closing.
  • Develop detailed financial models, perform valuations, and create high-quality transaction documents, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM).
  • Lead due diligence efforts, covering financial, operational, legal, and tax aspects.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to troubleshoot challenges and provide strategic solutions.
Requirements
  • Solid academic foundation, preferably with a Master's degree in finance, business, engineering, or an MBA.
  • CFA or ACA qualification is a strong advantage.
  • 3-5 years of relevant M&A experience, particularly in technology-driven transactions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading transaction components such as financial analysis and valuation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a robust understanding of M&A financial strategies.
