Administrative Operations Coordinator

Reporting into the Stock and Admin Manager, you will ensure that the day-to-day functions of the administration department are completed in support of the operation. This involves managing time sheets, authorising holidays, and monitoring and investigating Customer Service queries.
You will also be responsible for participating in stock take set up and compliance, liaising with the Transport Team Managers, and controlling the efficiency of order capture processes.
A GCSE Maths and English-grade C or above, as well as PC Literate skills, particularly in Excel, are required for this role. You must be able to work as part of a team, analyse verbal and numerical data, and work on your own initiative and under pressure.
